A space that's entirely yours.
Sometimes you just need one place where you can say everything, without editing yourself, without worrying about the reaction, without having to perform okay. Individual therapy is a dedicated space for you. We'll work on what you bring, at the pace that feels right, with a therapist who's genuinely in your corner.
Is This right for you?
Individual therapy is a good fit if you're a teen (12+), college student, or adult who's ready to dig in, even if you're not sure where to start. You don't need to have a clear diagnosis or a defined "problem." You just need to be willing to show up.
We might work on
Anxiety that won't quiet down · Depression and low motivation · Processing trauma (old or recent) · Chronic illness — living with it or caring for someone who does · LGBTQ+ identity and belonging · Life transitions: breakups, career shifts, new chapters · Women's issues and identity · Adoption and family-of-origin questions · Neurodivergence · Divorce and co-parenting · Relationship issues · Parenting support
Session length & format
50-minute sessions, in person or via telehealth. Most clients start weekly and adjust frequency as they make progress. We'll figure out what works best for you.
My approach
I use a humanistic, strength-based approach, meaning we build on what's already working in you. I draw from TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, somatic therapy, and attachment-based techniques depending on what you need most. Some sessions go deep. Some are lighter. All of it matters.
Getting started
We'll begin with a free consultation so we can connect, make sure it's a good fit, and talk through what you're hoping to get out of therapy.
