Real therapy. From wherever you are

Life doesn't always make it easy to get to an office. Telehealth does. I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions for clients throughout California. Telehealth is especially well-suited for those managing chronic illness, busy schedules, caregiving, or anxiety that makes in-person feel like a lot, without sacrificing any of the depth or connection of in-person work

Telehealth might be right for you if…

You're managing a chronic illness and getting out of the house can be a lot. Your schedule is packed, and you need flexibility. You're a caregiver and need sessions that fit around your responsibilities. You live outside of San Luis Obispo but want to work with me. You just feel more comfortable opening up from your own space, and that's completely valid.

Platform & privacy

Sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You'll receive a private link before each session — no app download required

What you'll need

A private space where you feel comfortable talking. A device with a camera and a microphone. A stable internet connection. That's it.

Is it as effective as in-person?

Research says yes — and so does my experience. The connection we build in telehealth sessions is just as real. Many of my clients actually prefer it.
