I believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health support. Here's everything you need to know about fees, insurance, and how I handle the Logistical stuff,  so there are no surprises.

Fees

Individual Therapy

$150 per 50-minute session

Collateral / Parent Support Session

$150 per 50-minute session

Extended Session

$200 per 80-minute session (individual)

Family / Couple Therapy

$200 per 50-minute session

I offer a complimentary consultation before we begin — a chance for us to connect, for you to ask questions, and to make sure it feels like a good fit. No commitment, no pressure.

Insurance & payment options.

Insurance

I am currently an out-of-network provider. If you have a PPO plan, you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. I can provide a superbill — an itemized receipt — for you to submit directly to your insurance company.

Making Insurance Easier

I use Thrizer to help simplify the out-of-network reimbursement process. Thrizer can verify your benefits, submit claims on your behalf, and let you pay only your estimated out-of-pocket cost at the time of the session.

Cancellation & rescheduling.

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a $150 fee.

I understand there are situations beyond your control. If something comes up, I'm willing to reschedule within the same week at no extra charge if an agreeable time is available.

Life happens, especially when you're managing a health condition or caring for family. Please just reach out as soon as you can, and we'll work it out together.

Privacy

Confidentiality

Everything you share stays between us. There are a small number of legal exceptions — situations where I'm required by law to share information — and I'll walk you through all of them during our first session. You'll also receive my full HIPAA Privacy Notice as part of your intake paperwork.
